Services Currently Offered on OptionPay
In order to make your payments online, you will need to include a unique number from the invoice, notice or bill that you are paying. This is so we ensure your payment is correctly applied to your account. Take a look through the options below for examples of where you can locate the unique numbers required to complete the payment process. Accounts Receivable - Other
In order to make a payment for Accounts Receivable - Other using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. Please also include a description of the payment being made in the description box. 
Bulk Water Payments
In order to make a payment for Bulk Water using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice.
Business Licence Payments
In order to make a payment for your Business Licence using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. A copy of your reviewed and signed renewal form is required to be submitted to the Town Office in order for your transaction to be completed. Dog Licence Payments
In order to make a payment for your Dog Licence using OptionPay, please include the ID/Customer Number which can be found on your Invoice. A copy of your reviewed and signed renewal form is required to be submitted to the Town Office in order for your transaction to be completed. Recreational Fire Permit Payments
A copy of your reviewed and signed application is required to be submitted to the Town Office in order for your transaction to be completed. For more information on Recreational Fire Permits, please contact our Fire Department.

Tax Payments
In order to make a payment for your Propety Taxes using OptionPay, please include the Roll Number which can be found on your Combined Assessment and Tax Notice.
Utility Payments
In order to pay your Utility Bill using OptionPay, you will need the Account Number which can be found on your Utility Bill.

Is there an added fee to using OptionPay to pay my Town bills?
Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered fee schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule here.
Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?
The fees are administered through the OptionPay program for the use of their service, and not through the Town of Vegreville.
Is my credit card/information secure with this program?
OptionPay provides information on their security measures here. Please note that the Town of Vegreville takes no responsibility for and accepts no liability in the event of security breaches, technical difficulties, or other issues that may arise from your use of OptionPay.
