This beautiful park is located just off Highway 16A on the east side of Vegreville. It is home of the world's largest Pysanka "Easter Egg".
Visitors are drawn from across the province. The park features a trout pond , ideal for fishing for seniors or children and a beautiful fountain. The park is open year round, so grab your picnic basket or play at the playground. Railway history at the fully restored CN caboose, which is open every day of the year. Also available at the park are 93 sites (RVs and tents); a RV dump station; power hook ups; picnic facilities; gazebos; a playground; tapwater; public phone; showers; large public restrooms; and a tourist information booth with souvenirs and snacks. The park also has a great toboganning hill and a new outdoor fitness area.
