RCMP Community Engagement

The Town of Vegreville recently met with the new RCMP Commanding Officer, Deputy Commissioner Trevor Daroux, along with his senior staff. Mayor Tim MacPhee, Town Councillors, and Administration joined the discussion, which focused on:

  • Community policing initiatives

  • Challenges within the justice system

  • The increasing number of mental health-related calls being managed by the RCMP

We value the opportunity to connect with RCMP leadership and look forward to continuing to work together in support of a safe and healthy community.
