Property Assessment Inspections – October 2025

The Town of Vegreville would like to inform residents that assessors from Accurate Assessment Group Ltd. (AAG) will be conducting property assessment inspections beginning October 6, 2025.

Details of the inspections:

  • Assessors will be on-site walking properties and taking exterior photos.

  • Properties inspected may include new subdivisions, new construction or renovations, and newly issued development and building permits.

  • Assessors will be driving marked vehicles with the AAG logo on the doors and carrying photo identification under the same name.

  • All inspections will be conducted during regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
