Aquafit Times:
Mondays/Wednesdays:
- Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Class Description: a higher intensity, shallow water workout; led by a motivating instructor.
Tuesday/Thursdays:
- Time: 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM
- Class Description: a gentle-pace workout in shallow water; guided by an encouraging instructor.
