Facility Hours (Racquetball Court/Weight - Cardio Room/Fitness Studio): 

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM | Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Front Desk Hours (General Inquiries and non-member/non-punch pass access): 

• 8:15 AM - 7:30 PM

Self-Scan Access Cards (Self Check-In Times)

• Morning: 6:00 AM - 8:15 AM
• Evening: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Please Note: During these times, guests are required to scan a valid membership card or punch pass to access the cardio room, weight room, and Aquatic Centre (including morning and evening lane swims).

Temporary Aquatic Schedule Changes

Due to schools attending swim lessons, some regularly scheduled aquatic programs will be cancelled or adjusted on select dates.

Please note: If Adult/Senior Swim (2:00–3:15 PM) is cancelled, it will be rescheduled to a new time of 3:00–4:00 PM.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage patrons to review the affected dates below before planning their visit.
