Parade Guidelines

• Entries should gather for line up between 5:15-5:45 PM at 52 Ave east of 50^th St by the Train Station. The Parade will begin at 6:00 PM. View the parade route map HERE
• Entries are kindly asked to refrain from any live Santa characters.
• Each motorized entry is encouraged to have lighting for maximum effect.
• All walkers should have a flashing or glowing device for safety purposes.
• Any items distributed must be handed out by walkers and not thrown from floats for safety purposes.

*Please be advised, the Town of Vegreville will be capturing photo, video, and drone footage of this year's 'A Very Vegreville Christmas' Event and Light Up Parade. This content will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.  Please be aware that by signing up for the Christmas Light Up Parade, you are consenting to the use of your organization/business' photo(s) and/or video(s) taken during this event, which may be used by the Town of Vegreville for future marketing and promotional purposes in different media including, but not limited to, social media, website, and print.
