Town Christmas Holiday Closures
Please note, the Town of Vegreville will be closed on for the holidays from 12:00 pm on December 24 to December 27 inclusive and January 1, 2025.
This includes Administration, Vegreville & District FCSS, Infrastructure, Planning & Development, Public Works, and the Aquatic & Fitness Centre.
Vegreville Town Hall will be open on Monday, December 30 and Thursday, January 2 at 9:00 AM.
The following changes to waste pickup during the holiday season will also be occurring:
December 23 & December 30: Residential curbside garbage rollouts WILL be picked up
December 24 (Before Noon): Residential curbside recycling rollouts WILL be picked up before Noon on December 24.
December 24 (Noon) to December 27 Inclusive: No back-alley/commercial bin (garbage or recycling) pick up. No rollout (garbage or recycling) pick up.
January 1, 2025: No back-alley/commercial bin (garbage & recycling) pick up
The Vegreville Sanitary Landfill will also be closed for the Holidays from December 24 at Noon to December 27 Inclusive, and January 1, 2025.
