Pysanka Park Market Vendor Terms & Conditions
- There is no cost for Vendors/Businesses to participate in the ‘Party in the Park/Canada Day Colour Run’ Market.
- Participants are expected to bring their own tables/chairs/tents for the market.
- Participants will fall under a one-day special event license and do not require a Town of Vegreville Business License if they register prior to June 25, 2023.
- Participating vendors/businesses are expected to arrive at Pysanka Park between 4:00 and 4:30 PM on July 1, 2024, to ensure complete table/tent set-up prior to the market’s opening at 5:00 PM.
- Vendors/businesses will remain open until 9:00 PM. All participating vendors/businesses selling food/food products will ensure they have the necessary food handling permits on-site throughout the duration of the market.
- Participating vendors/businesses may be included in pre-event marketing/advertising.
- By signing up and participating as a vendor in the Party in the Park Market, you consent to have your photo(s) and/or video(s) taken during the Party in the Park & Canada Day Colour Run event which may be used by the Town of Vegreville for future marketing/promotional purposes on social media, website, and print.
