Town Council Welcomes Alberta's Minister of Municipal Affairs

The Town of Vegreville was pleased to welcome Alberta's Minister of Municipal Affairs, Dan Williams, during his province-wide tour of Alberta communities.

Minister Williams is meeting with elected officials from more than 92 municipalities between July 20 and July 30 to hear directly from municipal leaders, discuss local priorities, and celebrate projects that are helping communities grow and thrive. The visits also provide an opportunity to learn more about the unique needs of each community and see how provincial funding is being put to work across Alberta.

During the visit, Town Council met with Minister Williams to discuss priorities for Vegreville, share local perspectives, and highlight initiatives that support the continued growth and success of our community.

The Town of Vegreville appreciates the opportunity to meet with Minister Williams and looks forward to continuing to work collaboratively with the Province to strengthen our community for residents, businesses, and visitors.
