IMPORTANT NOTICE: ROAD CLOSURE

Effective Monday, May 25, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., 53 Street from 45B Avenue around to 45A Avenue to 45B Avenue will be closed for water and sanitary infrastructure repairs. The road will remain open to local traffic only. Residents affected by this road closure are encouraged to use back lane access where possible. The closure is expected to remain in place for approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on weather conditions.
