Road Closure Bylaw No. 07-2026
Monday, May 11, 2026 | 6:30 PM

A Public Hearing, held in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, regarding the consideration of Second and Third Readings of Proposed Bylaw No. 07-2026, will take place in the Town of Vegreville Council Chambers.

THE PURPOSE of the proposed Bylaw 07-2026 is to close the public roadway on the entire portion of lane lying within south of Lot: 5 Block: X Plan: 872 1040 and east of Lot: 9 Block: X Plan: 982 4899.

Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on proposed Bylaw No. 07-2026.

 

Any person who believes they may be affected by the proposed bylaw is invited to submit written comments to Council. Submissions may be delivered to the Administration Building at 4829–50 Street or sent by email to ipd@vegreville.com.To ensure all Council members have the opportunity to review submissions prior to the Public Hearing, please submit your comments no later than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

 

The Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers, located on the north side of the Administration Building at 4829 – 50 Street. Individuals who submit written comments are welcome to attend.
