Street Sweeping Notice

Street sweeping will begin on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, (weather dependent). Crews will clean several sections of the Town of Vegreville each week, scheduling work on days that do not conflict with garbage, recycling, and compost collection.

During the first few weeks, sweeping will focus on priority areas such as Main Street and key routes. Residential areas will be completed once main roadways are finished.

Residents are asked to watch for sweepers in their area and, when possible, move parked vehicles to allow crews enough space to work safely and efficiently. Keeping streets clear helps ensure a thorough clean and reduces the need for repeat passes.
